Headstart Project

This 10,800 s/f turn-key combined child care / office facility on land owned by the County in Woodland, CA. (See photos (and floor plan) in gallery). ICG component company WCR designed and built this facility in 2001 on time and within budget, for the Headstart Project in Woodland. The building was fabricated in 15 12’x 60’ modules, transported to the site and crane set on a concrete perimeter foundation.
