Scope: A 48’x40’ modular building was fabricated and installed by ICG component company WCR on the grounds of the Del Rey Oaks Golf Course in Monterey, CA. in 1997. The project included all applicable site work and included also a kitchen / serving area and outside dining area and associated landscaping. The building was finished with a stucco exterior and mansard roof treatment. (See photo gallery).

Solution / Benefit: The project was a complete turn-key / design-build project completed on time and within budget. The owner has recently contacted WCR and indicated he is negotiating with City officials in an attempt to obtain approval to build a twin facility on land adjoining the existing facility. He indicated he wishes to contract with WCR to build the desired new twin facility. Repeat clients are the proof of satisfied customers.
