DESIGN – BUILD OVERVIEW

Innovative Components Group (ICG) takes your project from conception to reality. We design and "Build-to-suit" most any size facility on public or commercial sites using an advanced "component built" system for optimum cost savings. We design to your budget. We can provide financing in most cases under our various lease or lease-to-own programs.

The process consists of two phases:

Phase I (Design / Engineering)

• Preliminary site analysis / building floor plan layout

• Enter into "Build-to-suit" contract (Fixed Price) Results in:

• Complete set of working drawings and specifications to obtain necessary building permit

• Priced out "Phase II" contract to execute actual fabrication, construction and installation of the building(s).

Phase II (Actual Building Fabrication / Construction and Installation)

• Execution of pertinent site work.

• Fabrication and delivery of building components that are then assembled and finished out on site. (Completed project is generally a mix of conventional and "component" construction).

• Occupancy generally guaranteed from 180 to 270 days following issuance of the building permit (or DSA approval where DSA approval is involved versus a local Building Department.
